I’ve always been someone with a weak stomach. As a result, I am always looking for natural digestive aids. I swear by coffee after a large meal but yesterday, I tried paan for the first time. I had no idea that the betel leaf is so amazing for digesting! For the first time, I walked away after an epic meal at Pizza Hut without my stomach weighing down my body. Skip the tobacco (and the spitting) of course and have a paan after you pig out! ❤
PS. Be careful when you eat it because the leaf is deadly for the food pipe if not shredded to bits before swallowing. Trust me, I know!
