I was watching a video on TED about two high-schoolers who’ve embarked on journey to find a cure for plastic decomposition. I was enthralled, not just by their (very impressive) findings, but by their spark. About their desire to create something. To change things. And that made me think about the people who have changed the world. How, once they changed it, we expected them to keep doing it. But that’s just it isn’t it? Instead of expecting that from a select few, why can’t we just expect everyone to have one miraculous moment? One random burst of brilliance per being? Imagine if seven billion sparks hit the world. We wouldn’t need a few geniuses anymore. The genius within everyone, that one moment of inspiration, would change the whole universe…
