Be good. (And) Be good at it.
There is no excuse for a bad personality. Even though you may be amazazing (like the SNL folks put it), general courtesy is a no brainer. A few people are able to ‘be good at it’ (i.e. achieve awesomeness in any field), but it is my belief that everyone can ‘be good’. Follow the awesomeness code! (& Comment!)
