The end of your lease is an armageddon of sorts in LA. You ARE going to pay more for a cramped space, farther away from places you want to be, while dealing with leasing agents who (really really don’t) love their jobs. More importantly, you’ll feel like you are merely a pawn and will be bouncing from property to property being served the same (or worse) proposition wrapped up like something special.
And then comes the actual moving part…
