Don’t be afraid of subtraction! Though, to be honest, I’m terrified of it! Sometimes our present doesn’t equal to all that we want because the sum of the components involved is off. Some people may say that the sum is off because they don’t have enough. You’re lucky, I think… you have room!
When I was looking at my life lately, I realized that the problem was having too much. Too many opinions. Too many voices. Too many supplements. Too many conflicts. Luckily, I’m better with my things. I recently removed a lot of excesses lately. Perhaps it’s because of my gypsy lifestyle. It gets tedious to haul stuff around.
This perhaps doesn’t work for books. You can never have enough knowledge! Okay, maybe one less vampire book might not hurt. Ehem… Hey, that’s why they invented the iPad! I can store them all without weighing me down!
But that’s a problem too right? Too much technology baggage. All those downloads?! Oh my god! I recently cleaned up 70 gigs of god knows what from my macbook! And I haven’t even owned it for more that four months!
So there you have it folks! The Algebra of life. When addition doesn’t help, subtract. We came to this world without possessions… why let them weigh us down during the journey?

70 gigs of data!! That is a lot of data. Though to be fair I think I need to do that kind of cleaning myself. Just been lazy and too attached to so much of data taken from the internet.
